Information in a project request
The form asks for a name, callback phone, optional email, city, project type and optional project details. It also submits the source page and referring site when available. The server may record submission time and browser information. Avoid putting sensitive documents, payment information or unrelated personal details in the project notes.
Inquiry storage and notification
The existing lead system stores inquiries in Supabase and uses Telegram for team notifications. Submitted inquiry details may be included in the team alert and shared with the independent contractor to respond to the request. A saved inquiry and a delivered alert are separate outcomes.
Questions about submitted information
Call 317-509-9873 to ask about a submitted request or request a correction. The operator must confirm its retention and deletion process; no fixed retention period is published here.

The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts. The form connects to the configured lead endpoint when you submit. No new advertising or analytics tracking service has been added in this update.
