Record what changed
Describe whether the surface is discolored, scuffed, soft or physically lifting. Include a photo of the tire path and the whole floor. Keep the product names and original vehicle-return instructions available.
Do not assign one cause to every tire-path failure
Hempel’s troubleshooting guide lists several considerations for coating failure in parking areas, including system specification, preparation and cure. That is a reason to investigate the floor rather than blame a single resin label.
Choose the next step based on the finding
For a mark on an intact finish, ask about the approved cleaning method. For lifting or peeling, use the repair-versus-removal guide. Do not cover a bond failure with a cosmetic touch-up without assessment.
