Review the finish under display lighting
Place the proposed sample beside the wall and display materials. Examine it under the intended fixtures and daylight. Agree on color variation and gloss rather than relying on a retouched inspiration image.
Specify display and public-use conditions
Tell the contractor about vehicle displays, wheeled equipment, visitors, entry water and any cleaning protocol. Ask for a product recommendation tied to these exposures and the required downtime. Commercial requirements should be evaluated for the actual site.
Make installation and handover workable
Record when fixtures and display items must be removed and when they can return. Agree on the protected route for access while work is underway. The handover checklist helps document the accepted finish and remaining questions.
