Evaluate the conditions behind a lifespan claim
Ask which product build the claim refers to and whether the examples involve comparable traffic, sunlight and concrete conditions. A calendar number without those conditions cannot tell you how your floor will perform.
Separate appearance, wear and adhesion
A floor may remain bonded while showing wear, marks or a changed appearance. Ask what routine care is expected and how the contractor distinguishes cosmetic change from a defect. The cleaning guide helps organize care instructions.
Understand repair and refresh options
Ask how a local repair, aged topcoat or broader replacement would be assessed. A recoat is not automatically suitable for every existing floor; see the compatibility guide.
Read the actual warranty terms rather than treating their duration as a guaranteed lifespan. Request the system and preparation scope, plus the records you will receive at installation.
For a quote conversation, describe parking, workshop tasks and cleaning. Those facts are more useful than asking whether an unnamed coating will last a fixed number of years.
