Define the assessment deliverable
Request the test or assessment method, locations, conditions and results the contractor will provide. Ask which product or system limit those results will be compared with. A moisture observation alone is not interchangeable with every specified test.
Ask about conditions that change the decision
Describe water entry, recurring damp areas and prior surface treatments. Confirm whether a failed acceptance result leads to further investigation, a different documented system or postponement. Price any change separately.
Keep the record with the installed system
Save the assessment and product names with the proposal and invoice. Read the moisture explanation and warranty questions before accepting a broad moisture-related claim.
This site does not independently test slabs or certify them. Include observations in the project inquiry; the contractor confirms the assessment scope and competence for the task.
