Identify the problem the work must solve
Describe surface loss, unevenness, old paint or failed coating separately. A color refresh and rebuilding damaged concrete are different tasks. Ask which condition is included in the proposed resurfacing line.
Define the material and thickness approach
Request the selected material, required substrate condition and how it connects to any final coating. Ask about compatibility, cure and expected visibility of repaired areas.
Do not assume drainage correction
If the project is intended to address water collection, get a separate explanation of the proposed geometry and acceptance check. The slope and drains guide separates drainage from decoration.
